Gwendolin Sajons is Assistant Professor of Management and Research Methods at ESCP Business School, Berlin Campus. Her research focuses on empirical methods (in particular experimental design and estimation techniques), leadership, and diversity. She currently serves as Associate Editor and Method Advisor at The Leadership Quarterly.

Before joining ESCP, Gwendolin was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Basel (Switzerland) and a Visiting Researcher at the University of Lausanne (Switzerland). She obtained her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Spain), where she also did an MSc and MRes in Management. Before, she studied Economics at the University of Freiburg (Germany) and as a visiting student at Yale University (US).  

At ESCP, she currently teaches courses on Research Methods in the Specialized Master programs and on Quantitative Methods and Experimental Design in the Ph.D program.
