Regina BRIX

Affiliate Professor

Regina Brix is German but currently living and working in Italy. She is an Affiliate Professor of Marketing at the ESCP Europe Turin Campus.


After completing her Master Degree in Germany, Regina worked over 20 years in leading management positions in the area of Marketing in multinational companies (NIVEA, Danone, LAVAZZA) in different countries like Germany, China and Italy.


 She experienced in her international marketing career the challenges and changes in the Marketing Field within the last years, having covered important operative and strategic Marketing roles. Her motivation and ambition is to transmit her knowledge and experience and these new perspectives combined with the fundamental theoretical models, with academic excellence, to the students and to the young managers of today. To prepare them to become leaders and following a strong international management career.


 From 2010, Regina started collaborating with the ESCP Europe teaching at the Campus Turin the MEB Marketing Principles and Marketing Planning classes. Additionally she was part of the team introducing the Google Challenge and Digital Lessons at the campus ESCP Turin from 2012. Since 2016, she is also teaching the courses Marketing Principles, Customer Experience, Branding and Communication strategy during the specialized Master in International Food & Beverage Management at the ESCP Europe Turin. 


Apart from her teaching experience, 2016 she became the Academic Co Director for the one-year fulltime specialized Master in International Food & Beverage Management at the ESCP Europe in Turin.


Since 2008, Regina has been also working as a strategic business consultant and trainer for numerous multinational firms in the sector Food & Beverage, Cosmetics and Healthcare. Additionally since 2013 she specialized in trainings for small and middle size B2B companies to prepare them for their strategic international growth plans.
