The programme combines the international highly recognised leadership expertise of ESCP Europe with the experience of the global LGBT+ leadership contest & community RAHM.

With our partner RAHM we work on LGBT-specific challenges in today’s workplace. During the 2019 edition of Sticks & Stones, Europe’s largest LGBT+ Job- & Career Fairthat took place on May 25th in Berlin, ESCP Europe conducted a poll among the 100 exhibitors and over 3.000 participants.

We asked them what the most important skills for an authentic leader are in their opinion. Here are the five skills that appeared the most often:
